Fish Sculptures

These large stylized fish sculptures use a minimal approach to line and form with frames of steel rod or copper tubing. The color, luminescence and detail of the shapes within are achieved using glass enamel over copper and silver foil. Czech glass beads are often melted and fused into the enamel as it is fired, adding even more color and surface texture.

The shadows created by directional lighting add another visual element to each design.
